An Idaho-based lawyer said she thinks Judge Steven Hippler will hold prosecutors and law enforcement accountable after sensitive information about the Bryan Kohberger case was leaked.
The filed motion gave several reasons the defense wanted the postponement. One of the reasons given was the recent leaks of non-public evidence to Dateline. Just last week, Judge Steven Hippler ordered both the defense and prosecution to turn in full lists of everyone involved in the case in hopes of figuring out who leaked the information.
